The REACH regulation EC 1907/2006 came into force on 1 June 2007. The European Chemicals Agency publishes a so-called candidate list of SVHC (substances of very high concern). This list is updated regularly. Via the following link you can download and print our statement regarding REACH.
When the The REACH regulation EC 1907/2006 came into force on 1 June 2007, it superseded the EU Safety Data Sheets Directive 91/155/EWG.
The REACH regulation defines the requirements for a material safety data sheet as well as the conditions under which a legal obligation exists to issue material safety data sheets.
As the semi-finished and finished products are considered products under the REACH regulation, we will no longer provide any material safety data sheets in the future. Instead, an information sheet for products with the respective information will be provided.
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) according to the U.S. Hazard Communication Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200 will continue to be provided to our customers as before.
